This is a popular question and since the truth is “everywhere” but not altogether helpful, I thought I’d give an example or two . . . .

I have always loved those “Irish Knit” sweaters, but try as I might I simply could not fall in love with knitting.  I crochet.  I know a lot of stitches having done this since about 4 years old, so I simply hit a sale on yarn and combined row upon row of various textures stitches I liked, repeated some in a way that pleased my eye, and suggested a bit of that “Irish Knit” look, and there you have it.
