When I was a child, I loved laying in the grass looking up at the sky . . . I thought of who else, in some distant place, might be sharing it with me.  Birds flew about tweeting and I wondered what they said..  When clouds came in, I thought not of storms but of the interesting shapes . . . “that one looks like a bear!”  Even when it rained, I loved watching the droplets bounce off surfaces looking like tiny mirrors reflecting a world that fascinated me.

Clouds over my head

Whisper opportunity

Gentle wisps of change

  1. As a child, I loved, loved, loved watching clouds shift and change into different shapes as they paraded across the sky. Think in this year of “wonder,” I need to spend more time with those clouds once again.
    Blessings, Martha!
