Smiling,

The cloud rained down.

The droplets kissed the dry land.

Refreshed and blessed,

The blades of grass looked heavenward

I Am

Tabernacle-I have long considered that to be so sacred . . . special. The place where where the Most High and holy is. Me, I have NEVER felt particularly  special but since the Lord lives in me I am a tabernacle of the Most High.  You can be too!  InviteHim in!

Cool, Mama!

I met someone recently, Mom of a friend, and she looks at life through a slightly different lens than I. Happily, we had a brief private talk and I was so blessed and it comes to me upon reflection that we, none of us, are entirely like any other – yet in our own insecurity we tend to demand unattainable sameness.. I am glad -blessed actually- that this is the case! How else would we grow? – Martha L Shaw

When I Stray

In the night

I gazed at the light streaked sky

before the raindrops even touched me . . .

Already concerned about damaging winds

which never came my way.
