As we enjoy the next few days as AMERICANS, let us lay aside our political ugliness, and instead ponder all we are thankful for and all who contributed in any way toward these many blessings, the troops, and families and friends at home and especially those who died for our freedom!

Lee Greenwood and this amazing song “Proud to be an American” is high on my list of songs for any time of the year, but especially right now with the 4th of July approaching and so many friends – some of whom I’ve never met but still appreciate – overseas serving in our military right now. Play this song and sing with me! Sing to them and with them!
