Hey folks!

It seems there is a wide spread problem on WordPress with reblogs.  A change has been made in the way in which they appear but based on my own experience and that of many others who have spoken to me or written in the help forum .  . .

The title and “comment” appear without a snapshot of a portion of the posst and with no link.  In my own experience, I was unable to delete the useless post and prior posted reblogs have also been affected.

From what I can see, the techs have been advised of this.  Sorry for your inconvenience in viewing these.  Hopefully they will soon have things restored.

Hey, everyone!  Seems more and more of my friends here are having trouble getting their comments onto posts because they get slammed into SPAM folders on WP.  In my experience, this is happening to folks who’ve been on the blogs in question many times and made many comments in the past, yet still this sometimes does happen.

Since much of the content of my SPAM folder is pretty nasty, I’d not been looking into it, but just emptying it.  Now I look to see if there’s a friend or two waiting to be rescued.  I recommend you do this as well.  There’s no clear pattern to this as one active blog buddy suddenly found all her comments going there, while another just had one or two land there and most of hers still posted.

Once you click “not SPAM” to rescue your blog buddies, you may find as I did that they wind up awaiting approval rather than posting regardless of your specific blog settings . . .

I’m hearing at the WP water cooler that this is an ongoing challenge, though my experience in this battle is limited.  Just an FYI so y’all may be aware of it and not miss out on anything in your blog experience.

His Overflowing Compassion. (via allisonfinley)

Jesus was all about compassion. We must be the same if we truly desire to be like Him and win hearts for the Kingdom!

Jesus lived in the state of compassion.  Every word He said, every thought that ran through His mind and every action He performed had the love of the Father running through it.  His Father's heart never left Him. "When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them because they were confused and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd." -Matthew 9:36.  The Message Bible says, "His heart broke."  Does your heart ache for the lost and troubled souls … Read More
