Oh now that is a good question!

I think, depending on where we are in our relationship with Christ, we likely know His will for us, but we go into denial out of fear . . . either “yes, but” or it is easier to give in to humans regardless of what our hearts know because we don’t want to stand our ground. Hard, yes!

I am guilty of this many times over. It is hard to push into God’s will when a whole community wants something from you that is not God’s will for you.
